Production of galvanized steel pipe: hot-dip galvanized steel pipe is pickled, firstly remove iron oxide on the surface of steel pipe, pickled, washed with ammonium chloride or zinc chloride or mixed solution of ammonium chloride and zinc chloride, and then sent go to the hot dip plating tank. The hot dip galvanized zinc layer has the advantages of large thickness, uniform plating layer, strong adhesion and long service life. The steel substrate and the molten electrolyte solution form a compact corrosion-resistant zinc alloy layer under complicated physical and chemical reactions. The pure zinc layer, the alloy layer and the steel substrate are fused together. Therefore, it has corrosion resistance.
