Seamless Stainless Steel Pipe (SS304 / SS316)
Seamless stainless pipe is produced by piercing and rolling a solid stainless billet, resulting in a pipe with no longitudinal weld. Welded Stainless Steel Pipe & Tube
Welded stainless pipe is formed from stainless coil and welded longitudinally using TIG or plasma welding, then solution annealed and pickled. Modern welded stainless pipe offers corrosion resistance very close to seamless at a significantly lower cost, which is why it dominates architectural, food and beverage, water treatment and general industrial applications. We supply welded pipe from 15 mm to 630 mm outer diameter, in both round and square/rectangular profiles, with surface finishes from 2B mill finish to 180-grit mirror polish. Square & Rectangular Stainless Steel Tube
We also produce stainless steel square and rectangular tubes (SHS/RHS) to ASTM A554, widely used in handrails, balustrades, furniture frames, display racks, solar panel structures and architectural cladding systems. Standard sizes range from 15×15 mm to 300×300 mm for square tube and up to 400×200 mm for rectangular tube, with wall thicknesses from 0.8 mm to 8.0 mm. Duplex & Special Alloy Stainless Pipe
For offshore, desalination, pulp and paper and other highly corrosive environments, we supply duplex (UNS S31803/S32205) and super duplex (UNS S32750) stainless pipes.
