The pre painted steel plate on the coil is obtained by subjecting hot-dip galvanized steel sheets, galvanized steel sheets or aluminum sheets to surface chemical treatment (coating), followed by baking and curing.
The total thickness of the prepainted galvanized steel coil consists of the base steel – coating – top – coating – protective layer thickness. The thinner the base steel is, the higher the price of the ppgi coil, because the higher the processing cost.
Usually the paint coating is polyester (PE) and the back paint is white gray. Colors can be customized according to RAL color cards or customer samples. Special patterns can be made, such as wood grain, floral print, camouflage, brick.

What is the MOQ for this product?
Our standard MOQ is 5 metric tons for stock sizes. Full-container orders (20ft/40ft) get the best unit price; smaller trial orders are available for new customers.
What is the delivery time?
Stock items ship within 7-10 days after deposit. Custom sizes and special coatings take 15-25 days depending on the specification.
What trade terms do you support?
We quote FOB Tianjin as standard, and also support CIF, CFR, and DDP to major ports worldwide. Payment: T/T 30% deposit + 70% against B/L copy, or L/C at sight.
Can I get a sample before bulk order?
Yes. Sample pieces are available at cost price with shipping charged to the buyer; the sample fee is deducted from the first bulk order.
Do you provide mill test certificates?
Yes, every shipment includes MTC (Mill Test Certificate) covering chemical composition and mechanical properties, plus SGS inspection on request.
