Scaffolding Pipe
High tensile scaffolding pipes are designed for pipes & coupler scaffolding.The pipes have hot dipped galvanized surfaces finish so as to provide excellent appearance with sufficient durability in such applications where salty air or long term weather exposures are inevitable.Standard: BS1139-1775 , EN1039 , EN 10219, JIS G3444:2004
Steel Grade: Q235B , Q345B , S235JR , S275JR, S355, S355JR, STK400 / STK500
Surface: hot dipped galvanized , electro galvanized ,painted, engraved .
Packing: Packed in bundles with several steel strips, two tags on each bundle, Wrapped in waterproof paper
Test: Chemical Component Analysis, Mechanical Properties (Ultimate tensile strength, Yield strength, Elongation), Technical Properties (Flattening Test, Bending Test, Blow Test, Impact Test), Exterior Size Inspection, Hydrostatic Test, X-ray Test.
Third party inspection: SGS, BV, Lloyds etc.
