Hot-dip galvanized pipe is to make the molten metal react with the iron matrix to produce an alloy layer, so that the matrix and the coating are combined. Hot-dip galvanizing is to pickle the steel pipe first. In order to remove the iron oxide on the surface of the steel pipe, after pickling, it is cleaned in the tank of ammonium chloride or zinc chloride aqueous solution or mixed aqueous solution of ammonium chloride and zinc chloride, and then sent to the in the hot dip bath. Hot-dip galvanizing has the advantages of uniform coating, strong adhesion and long service life. The steel tube substrate undergoes complex physical and chemical reactions with the molten plating solution to form a corrosion-resistant zinc-iron alloy layer with a compact structure. The alloy layer is integrated with the pure zinc layer and the steel tube substrate. Therefore, it has strong corrosion resistance.

How to prevent white rust from hot-dip galvanized seamless steel pipe manufacturers?
When plated parts need to be stored and transported tightly, adequate precautions should be taken to prevent white rust. Maintain a low humidity environment around plating and ensure adequate ventilation between stacked platings to reduce white rust. Specific precautions are as follows.
1. Surface treatment can reduce the generation of white rust.
2. The plated parts should be stored in dry and well-ventilated conditions.
3. If the plated parts can only be stored in the open air, the plated parts should be separated from the height of the ground frame by narrow strips to provide free-flowing air to all the plated parts.
4. Do not place the coated parts in places that may be affected by rain, fog, condensation and snow.
5. When galvanized steel is shipped by sea, it should not be consigned as cargo on the surface of the ship, nor should it be placed on the bottom of the ship to avoid contact with bilge water.
